摘 要:以不锈钢酸洗废硫酸经扩散渗析分离得到的稀硫酸和渗析残液为研究对象,残液经铁粉除杂后得到高纯硫酸亚铁水,高纯硫酸亚铁水与扩散渗得到的回收酸配置成高酸硫酸亚铁溶液,进行污水芬顿处理试验,考察了双氧水添加量、硫酸亚铁添加量、硫酸用量等因数对芬顿处理效果的影响,并与低酸液体硫酸亚铁、固体硫酸亚铁处理效果进行比较,高酸液体硫酸亚铁在污水芬顿处理中效果好,成本低,值得推广。Stainless steel pickling waste sulfuric acid was separated by diffusion dialysis to obtain dilute sulfuric acid with a sulfuric acid content of 5%~30%and a raffinate with a sulfuric acid content of less than 0.7%and a metal salt content of 2%~6%.The main component of the raffinate was ferrous sulfate.At the same time,it contained heavy metals such as chromium and nickel.After removing impurities,it was made into a high-acid ferrous sulfate liquid product as the research object.Compared with iron treatment effect,it was obtained that high-acid liquid ferrous sulfate had good effect in sewage Fenton treatment,and the cost was relatively low,which can be further popularized and utilized.
