摘 要:使用旋转振荡代替手工搅拌对样品进行前处理,分别研究了振荡转速(r)、振荡时间(t)以及振荡次数(n)对阳离子交换量测定结果的影响。结果表明:当振荡条件控制在r=250 r·min^(-1)、t=10 min、n=2次时,可以有效地提高分析检测效率,节约化学试剂的消耗量,达到降低时间成本、节约人力的目的。该方法通过使用国家标准物质进行验证,测定的精密度和准确度均符合要求,综上,新方法操作性较强、效率高,适用于大批量土壤样品的分析测定。In the presented experiment,manual stirring during sample pre-treatment was substituted with rotary oscillation.The influence of varying oscillation speed(r),oscillation duration(t),and the number of oscillation cycles(n)on the accuracy of cation exchange capacity measurements was explored.The findings indicated that by optimizing oscillation parameters to r=250 r·min^(-1),t=10 min,and n=2 cycles,there was a substantial improvement in analytical detection efficiency.This method economized on chemical reagent consumption,significantly reduces time expenditure,and alleviated the demand for labor.Validation of this method was performed using national standard materials,and the precision and accuracy of the measurements were found to meet the necessary requirements.This novel method demonstrated robust applicability,heightened efficiency,and was well-suited for the analysis and quantification of a large volume of soil samples.
