摘  要:顶燃式加热炉是油页岩干馏工艺的重要设备,通常使用耐腐蚀耐高温硅砖材料作为炉箅子。针对运行过程中出现的炉箅子失效问题,通过数值模拟方法研究了耐火砖断裂性能和结构受力情况。结果表明:炉箅子表面由于孔洞的存在而产生应力集中,应力集中更倾向于出现在孔洞相互连接的中间位置,并且孔洞距离越近,应力集中越明显。应急集中出现的部位与现场观察到的炉箅子断裂位置一致,解释了现场炉箅子在孔洞连接处最短距离上开裂的原因。The top combustion heating furnace is an important equipment of oil shale retorting process,and usually uses corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant silica brick material as furnace grate.In view of the failure of grate during operation,the fracture performance and structural stress of fire brick were studied by numerical simulation.The results indicated that stress concentration occurs on the surface of the furnace grate due to the presence of pores,and stress concentration tends to occur in the middle of the interconnected pores.The closer the pores were the more obvious the stress concentration.The location where the emergency concentration occurred was consistent with the observed fracture location of the furnace grate on site,explaining the reason for the cracking of the furnace grate at the shortest distance of the hole connection on site.
