摘  要:介绍了JPP聚丙烯粉料脱挥新工艺探索性研究,针对实际生产过程中存在的挥发分含量高、气味大等突出问题,研究原有聚丙烯粉料后处理的工艺流程及参数,通过增加粉料加热器提高聚丙烯粉料温度,同时保证粉料高温下的停留时间,开发出JPP聚丙烯粉料脱挥新工艺。保证聚丙烯粉料后处理脱挥新工艺产品各项参数、性能满足现有生产要求同时降低挥发分、降低气味,提高现有生产装置的综合竞争力。The exploratory research on the new devolatilizing process of JPP powder was introduced.Aiming at the outstanding problems such as high volatile content and strong odor in the actual production process,the process flow and parameters of the post-treatment of the original polypropylene powder were studied.The temperature of polypropylene powder was increased by adding powder heater,and the residence time of the powder at high temperature was ensured.A new process of devolatilization of JPP powder was developed,to ensure that the parameters and properties of the new polypropylene powder post-treatment devolatilization process products meet the existing production requirements,reduce volatilization and odor,and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the existing production equipment.
