摘 要:生料粉磨在水泥生产环节中举足轻重,为提高生料粉磨效率,响应国家双碳政策,进行节能降耗,文章提出一种节能型水泥生料助剂。通过工厂生产实验,并对生料助剂节煤作用进行机理探讨,经济效益分析。结果表明此种生料助磨剂能够在生料煅烧中降低分解炉出口温度和二次风湿温,提高了熟料的质量,具有良好的生料粉磨提产效果和节煤效果。Raw meal grinding plays an important role in cement production.In order to improve raw meal grinding efficiency,respond to the national double carbon policy and save energy,an energy-saving cement raw meal additive was proposed.The mechanism of coal-saving effect of raw meal additive was discussed and the economic benefit was analyzed through the factory production experiment.The results showed that the raw meal grinding aid could reduce the outlet temperature and secondary air temperature of calciner,improve the quality of clinker,and had good effect of raw meal grinding and coal saving.
