摘 要:为了推动高等教育高质量发展,服务支撑中国式现代化建设,各大药学类高校陆续开始对实验教学进行改革,开放式实验教学成为各高校改革的重点。本课题将有机化学实验与基础课程和科研实验结合,以抗癌药物帕博西尼侧链的合成为例,进行药物中间体的制备,并进行表征研究,该实验设置为开放式创新实验,与学科前沿知识相结合,可以提高学生主观能动性,最终有效提升有机化学实验课程的教学质量。To promote the high-quality development of higher education and provide services to support the construction of Chinese path to modernization,major pharmaceutical universities have begun to reform experimental teaching,and open experimental teaching has become the focus of the reform of universities.This project combined Organic Chemistry experiments with basic courses and research experiments.Taking the synthesis of the side chain of the anti-cancer drug Pabosinib as an example,the preparation of drug intermediates and characterization research were carried out.The experiment was an open innovation experiment,combined with cutting-edge knowledge in the discipline,which can improve the subjective initiative of students,and ultimately effectively improve the teaching quality of Organic Chemistry experimental courses.
