摘  要:介绍一个以物理化学为主,融合了分析化学和无机化学等学科知识的综合化学实验-金属有机骨架MIL-101(Fe)的制备、表征及吸附性能考察。实验首先合成了具有高比表面积的MIL-101(Fe),然后通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、X射线粉末衍射仪、显微镜等多种技术表征材料的形貌和多孔结构;最后,通过紫外-可见分光光度计考察此材料对姜黄素的吸附性能,探究固-液吸附模式。A comprehensive Chemistry experiment was introduced that focused on Physical Chemistry and integrated the knowledge of Analytical Chemistry and Inorganic Chemistry:preparation and characterization of metal organic framework material MIL-101 and its adsorption properties.The experiment prepared MIL-101 with a high specific surface area,and characterized the morphology and structure of the material through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray powder diffractometer,opatical microscope and other techniques.Finally,the adsorption performance of this material on curcumin was investigated,and the solid-liquid adsorption model of this compound was exployed in depth.
