摘　　要：危化行业要把安全工作放到重要的位置来抓,重点解决好影响安全生产、制约安全发展的突出问题。氯碱企业普遍具有生产工艺复杂、高温高压、易燃易爆、有毒有害等特性,是公司安全管理的重点和难点,必须予以高度重视。在氯碱生产过程中会生成三氯化氮,该物质危害大,易爆炸,使生产极不安全,因此氯碱企业在生产过程中需要找到引起三氯化氮高的原因,并采取相应处理措施,才能推动氯碱企业本质安全化进程。Chlor-alkali enterprises generally have the characteristics of complex production process,high temperature and high pressure,flammable and explosive,toxic and harmful,which is the key and difficult point of the company's safety management,which must be paid great attention to.It is necessary to put safety work in hazardous chemical industries in an important position,focus on solving outstanding problems affecting production safety and restricting safety development,and promote the process of intrinsically safe chemical enterprises.Nitrogen trichloride will appear in the production process,nitrogen trichloride is harmful and explosive,which makes the production extremely unsafe,so enterprises need to solve the causes and treatment measures of high nitrogen trichloride in the production process.
