摘  要:动作发展是注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童成长的重要环节,较好地掌握基本运动技能对其运动参与及身心健康具有长远效益。如何科学地干预ADHD儿童动作发展、精准突破现阶段ADHD儿童动作发展的困境与瓶颈,是ADHD儿童健康促进的关键内容。研究综述了近年来关于ADHD儿童动作发展特征的研究,探讨了运动干预策略在改善ADHD儿童动作发展方面的应用及潜力。通过对现有文献的综合分析,旨在为ADHD儿童动作发展的研究和实践提供新的视角和策略,以促进ADHD儿童的全面发展。Motor development is an important link of the growth of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD),and a better mastery of basic motor skills has long-term benefits for their participation in sports and their physical and mental health.How to scientifically intervene in the motor development and accurately solve the current dilemma and bottlenecks is a key aspect of promoting the health of children with ADHD.This article reviews the research on the characteristics of motor development in children with ADHD in recent years,and explores the application and potential of exercise intervention strategies in improving the motor development of children with ADHD.Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature,this article aims to provide new perspectives and strategies for the research and practice of motor development in children with ADHD,in order to promote their overall development.
