摘　　要：该文探讨了少数民族体育与文化传统的融合与创新,旨在深入研究少数民族传统文化与体育活动之间的关系,探讨如何将传统文化元素融入体育活动中,促进少数民族体育与文化传统的有机结合。通过挖掘传统文化内涵、保护和传承传统体育项目,以及将文化元素融入体育活动中等策略,实现体育与传统文化的有机结合。研究发现,少数民族体育融合传统文化能够丰富体育活动形式,提升文化认同感,促进民族文化的传承和创新。This paper explores the integration and innovation of ethnic minority sports with cultural traditions,aiming to delve into the relationship between traditional ethnic culture and sports activities,and explore how traditional cultural elements can be integrated into sports activities to promote the organic integration of ethnic minority sports with cultural traditions.Through strategies such as excavating the cultural connotations,protecting and inheriting traditional sports projects,and integrating cultural elements into sports activities,this paper aims to achieve an organic integration of sports and traditional culture.It finds that the integration of ethnic minority sports with traditional culture can enrich the forms of sports activities,enhance cultural identity,and promote the inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture.This paper provides theoretical guidance and practical suggestions for the integration of ethnic minority sports with cultural traditions.
