摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展,人们对体育运动的需求和关注度不断提升,羽毛球作为一项备受青睐的体育运动,其专业人才的培养也日益受到关注。为了培养适应社会需求的羽毛球专业复合型人才,需要深入了解体育专业人才培养及其就业政策,同时要明确社会对羽毛球专业学生的岗位需求和能力需求。该文旨在探讨如何通过科学合理的培养策略,培养出适应社会需求的羽毛球专业复合型人才,以为我国羽毛球事业的发展贡献力量。With the continuous development of social economy,people's demand and attention to sports are increasing.Badminton,as a popular sport,has attracted more and more attention to the cultivation of professional talents.In order to cultivate interdisciplinary talents in badminton that meet the needs of society,it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the training of sports professionals and their employment policies,while also clarifying the job and ability requirements of society for badminton students.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to cultivate badminton professional compound talents who meet the needs of society through scientific and reasonable training strategies,and contribute to the development of badminton in China.
