摘　　要：海南省自贸港的建设,给海南省发展格局以及公共服务体系建设带来了巨大影响。公共服务体系建设是关系群众利益的重要工程,也是实现和谐社会建设的重要内容。针对海南省自贸港,进行高品质、现代化、智能化公共服务体系建设至关重要。该文立足海南省自贸港建设背景,以进行智能化公共服务体系建设为切入点,在剖析海南省智能化公共服务体系建设存在问题的基础上,对其智能化公共服务体系建设策略进行了着重论述,以期为构建现代化公共服务体系、提升体育贸易服务价值提供借鉴与参考。The construction of Hainan Free Trade Port has brought a huge impact on the development pattern and public service system construction of Hainan Province.The construction of the public service system is an important project that relates to the interests of the social masses and is also an important part of achieving the construction of a harmonious society.It is crucial to build a high-quality,modern,and intelligent public service system for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.The article is based on the background of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,taking the construction of an intelligent public service system as the starting point.Based on the analysis of the problems in the construction of Hainan's intelligent public service system,the article focuses on discussing the construction strategy of its intelligent public service system,in order to provide reference and guidance for building a modern public service system and enhancing the value of sports trade services.
