摘 要:熔融沉积成型(FDM)3D打印的快速发展为丝状耗材多材料3D打印带来了新的机遇。文章首先介绍了FDM 3D打印技术的应用,随后深入探讨了多材料3D打印的优势,与单一材料优化打印参数而言,多材料3D打印是提高打印件性能、打印多功能分级材料的有效途径。通过对当前与多材料FDM 3D打印相关研究进行系统回顾,发现多材料层间结合质量是影响打印件强度性能的首要特征。此外,文章比较了单喷嘴与多喷嘴进料系统对打印件层间结合质量的影响以及在实际应用中的挑战。最后,文章总结了多材料FDM技术通过结合不同材料的优势,为创造复杂结构和满足特定承载要求提供了有效途径,从而扩展了增材制造的创新和优化潜力。The rapid development of fused deposition molding(FDM)3D printing has brought new opportunities for multi-material 3D printing of filament-like consumables.This paper first introduces the application of FDM 3D printing technology,and then deeply discusses the advantages of multi-material 3D printing.In terms of optimizing printing parameters of a single material,multi-material 3D printing is an effective way to improve the performance of printed parts and print multi-functional grading materials.Through a systematic review of the current research related to multi-material FDM 3D printing,it is found that the quality of multi-material interlayer bonding is the most important feature affecting the strength and performance of printed parts.In addition,the effects of single-nozzle and multi-nozzle feeding systems on the quality of interlayer bonding and the challenges in practical applications are compared.Finally,the paper concludes that multi-material FDM technology provides an efficient way to create complex structures and meet specific load-bearing requirements by combining the advantages of different materials,thus expanding the innovation and optimization potential of additive manufacturing.
