摘　　要：中国石化青岛石油化工有限责任公司(简称青岛石化)延迟焦化装置脱硫醇系统采用基本的Merox碱洗抽提和碱液氧化再生循环工艺对焦化液化气进行脱硫醇操作。由于高硫渣油掺炼比例大幅提高,装置加工原料性质不断劣质化,液化气焦粉携带、碱液发泡等一系列问题,导致装置原脱硫醇系统暴露出产品质量不合格等问题。通过对脱硫醇溶剂持续采样以及结合实际生产情况对原料组成和操作参数进行分析,提出了纤维膜及静态混合器串联工艺优化方案,解决了液化气硫醇硫及总硫含量高,铜片腐蚀指标高的问题,使得液化气脱硫率提高61%,大大提高了脱硫醇系统的脱硫率,在保证产品质量前提下,碱渣排放量也有所降低。The basic Merox alkaline washing extraction and alkaline oxidation recycling process are adopted in the desulfurization system of delayed coking unit of Sinopec Qingdao Petrochemical Co.,LTD.Due to a large increase in the blending proportion of high sulfur residue,the quality of feed of the unit is continuously inferior.The LPG coke carrying,the alkaline foaming and some other problems lead to the unqualified product quality of the sweetening system of the unit.Through continuous sampling of sweetening solvent and analysis of raw material composition and operation parameters combined with actual production situation,a series process optimization scheme of fiber film and static mixer was proposed,which solved the problems of high content of mercaptan sulfur and total sulfur of LPG and high corrosion index of copper sheet.The desulfurization rate of LPG was increased by 61%and the desulfurization rate of sweetening system was greatly improved.Under the premise of ensuring product quality,the emission of alkali residue has also been reduced.
