浅谈烟气在线监测系统在炉管泄漏方面的预警应用

摘　　要：随着国家对环保问题的日益重视,各相关企业已将节能减排、环境保护问题列入头等大事,政府部门也已将环保问题列入企业考核指标中,尤其是对大型冶炼、危化品制造、火力发电等行业,更是加大监管力度,在涉及排水排污的通道配备实时在线监测系统,力争经济发展建立在环保的基础上。本文旨在探讨烟气在线监测系统-CEMS,除对外排污染气体浓度进行监控,以达到环保要求,也可在加热炉管泄漏事故中做出预警,进一步提高炉管泄漏在线监测系统的可靠性和准确性。As the national increasingly attention on environmental issues,the related enterprises have listed energy conservation,emissions reduction and environmental protection as the top priority.The government departments has included environmental problems in the enterprise assessment index,especially for large smelting,for manufacturing,thermal power generation,and other industries.It has increased regulation efforts,in the drainage channel equipped with real-time on-line monitoring system,striving to economic development on the basis of environmental protection.This paper aims to discuss the on-line monitoring system-CEMS,in addition to monitoring the concentration of external discharge pollution gas to meet the requirements of environmental protection,but also can make early warning in the heating furnace pipe leakage accident,and further improve the reliability and accuracy of the on-line monitoring system of furnace pipe leakage.
