摘 要:针对高盐含氟废水的处理进行了研究,通过实验室及中试放大实验方法完善了处理工艺,优化了指标数据,旨在为实际工业应用提供参考。采用化学沉淀、吸附、高压反渗透及蒸发的联合后处理工艺,废水中的氟以氟化钙的形式从水体中去除,能有效降低废水中氟的含量,氟含量降至1 mg/L以下,废水中超标准的盐采用反渗透系统进行浓缩分离,反渗透产水盐分可以稳定达到1000 mg/L以下,经过反渗透系统75%的产水进行回收利用。该工艺还通过中试放大验证了工艺和参数的可行性与稳定性,研究结果表明,优化后的处理工艺具有良好的稳定性和可行性,满足国家对氟排放的控制要求,还节约水资源,响应了废水零排放的政策,具有较高的应用价值。This paper investigates the treatment of high-salinity fluoride-containing wastewater,aiming to provide a reference for practical industrial applications by perfecting the treatment process and optimizing key parameters through laboratory and pilot-scale experiments.The combined post-treatment process employs chemical precipitation,adsorption,high-pressure reverse osmosis,and evaporation.Fluoride in the wastewater is removed as calcium fluoride,effectively reducing fluoride content to below 1 mg/L.The excessive salt in the wastewater is concentrated and separated using a reverse osmosis system,with the salinity of the permeate consistently maintained below 1000 mg/L.The reverse osmosis system allows for the recovery of 75%of the permeate for reuse.The feasibility and stability of the process and parameters were validated through pilot-scale tests.The results indicate that the optimized treatment process exhibits good stability and feasibility,meets national fluoride discharge standards,conserves water resources,complies with zero liquid discharge policies,and holds significant application value.
