摘 要:电能表电池过流电压故障作为一种复杂的故障模式,其故障机理往往由多方因素引起,因此在对其进行故障预警时,通常会因缺乏电池多维信息的有效融合而导致预警精度不佳。对此,提出电能表时钟电池过流欠压故障多级预警方法研究。首先结合Thevenin模型,对电池的动态行为进行模拟,从而构建出等效电路模型,并对其进行参数辨识。然后结合卡尔曼滤波算法,对时钟电池的多维信息进行融合处理,并输出电池的未来电压及电流预测结果。最后将电池电流值以及电压值作为模糊逻辑控制器的输入变量,并将输出变量设为预警级别,通过构建模糊集合与风险等级之间的模糊规则,从而实现分级预警。在实验中,对提出的方法进行了预警精度的检验。最终的测试结果表明,采用提出的方法对电池过流欠压故障进行预警时,算法所预测的电池电压与模拟值较为接近,具备较为理想的预警精度。As a complex fault mode,the battery over-current voltage fault of watt-hour meter is often caused by many factors.Therefore,in the early warning of the fault,the early warning accuracy is usually poor due to the lack of effective fusion of multi-dimensional information of the battery.In this paper,a multi-level early warning method for over-current and under-voltage fault of clock battery of electric energy meter is proposed.Firstly,the dynamic behavior of the battery is simulated by combining Thevenin model,so as to construct an equivalent circuit model and identify its parameters.Then,combined with Kalman filter algorithm,the multi-dimensional information of the clock battery is fused and the future voltage and current prediction results of the battery are output.Finally,the battery current value and voltage value are used as the input variables of the fuzzy logic controller,and the output variables are set as the early warning level.By constructing the fuzzy rules between the fuzzy set and the risk level,the hierarchical early warning is realized.In the experiment,the early warning accuracy of the proposed method is tested.The final test results show that the battery voltage predicted by the algorithm is close to the simulated value when the proposed method is used for early warning of battery overcurrent and undervoltage faults,and it has ideal early warning accuracy.
