摘 要:面对科学仪器设备高可靠长寿命的发展需求,以及售后装备故障率高的问题,较多研制企业自发地寻求可靠性体系建设帮助,但因责任不明,只有部分人员参与而导致实施效果达不到预期。因此,本文通过传统研制企业组织架构展开,站在各负责人的角度,以提问的方式思考对提高可靠性的思想认识,逐步建立企业全员参与的可靠性能力建设,以保障装备的基本可靠性。Faced with the development demand for high reliability and long service life of scientific instruments and equipment,as well as the problem of high failure rate of after-sales equipment,many research and development enterprises spontaneously seek help in building reliability systems.However,due to unclear responsibilities,only some personnel participate,resulting in the implementation effect not meeting expectations.Therefore,this article unfolds through the traditional organizational structure of research and development enterprises,standing from the perspective of each responsible person,and thinking about the ideological understanding of improving reliability through questioning,gradually establishing a reliability capacity building with the participation of all employees in the enterprise to ensure the basic reliability of equipment.
