摘  要:在产品的研制阶段,可靠性增长试验是一种能够充分暴露产品的潜在缺陷以及薄弱环节的手段,然后分析原因,提出改进意见,并验证改进的有效性,从而提高产品的可靠性水平。本文旨在对电源柜的可靠性增长试验方案进行深入研究,通过对电源柜薄弱环节分析,制定科学有效的试验方案,提高电源柜的可靠性水平,确保其在各种复杂环境下的稳定运行。最后,通过实际案例验证了该试验方案的有效性,确保电源柜可靠性增长总体目标的实现,为后续电源柜提高可靠性水平提供了坚实的技术支撑。Reliability growth test is a test method carried out in the product development stage to improve its reliability.Its purpose is to fully expose the potential failures and weaknesses of the product in the development stage,analyze the reasons,put forward suggestions for improvement,and verify the improvement Effectiveness.The purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth study on the reliability growth test program of the power cabinet,a scientific and effective test program is formulated to improve the reliability level of the power cabinet and ensure its stable operation in various complex environments.Finally,the effectiveness of the test program is verified through a practical case,which ensures the realization of the overall goal of the reliability increase of the power cabinet,and provides a solid technical support for the subsequent power cabinet to improve the reliability level.
