摘 要:目前智能电能表可靠性试验面临样本需求大、试验时间漫长等问题。本文分析了电能表敏感应力并建立电能表温湿度应力加速退化模型,设计预实验,得到了电能表在高温高湿环境下的工作极限,并据此设计电能表步进应力试验方案,确定了试验电能表数量、应力施加时间和步长,有效减少了样本量与试验时间,为后续电能表寿命预测和可靠性评估奠定基础。At present,the reliability testing of smart energy meters faces problems such as large sample demand and long testing time.This article analyzes the sensitive stress of electric energy meters and establishes an accelerated degradation model for temperature and humidity stress of electric energy meters.Pre experiments are designed to obtain the working limit of electric energy meters in high temperature and high humidity environments.Based on this,a step-by-step stress test plan for electric energy meters is designed,determining the number of experimental electric energy meters,stress application time,and step size.This effectively reduces the sample size and test time,laying a foundation for subsequent life prediction and reliability evaluation of electric energy meters.
