摘 要:飞机结构连接件结构复杂,在腐蚀环境中,结构连接件作为薄弱环节将优先发生腐蚀,严重影响整体飞机的寿命及正常使用。目前,飞机在整体材料,结构设计,试验方法等方面已经达到较成熟水平,但由于结构连接件的特殊性,在自然环境试验方法及其评价方面仍有一定不足。本文从结构连接部位工况特点,自然环境试验方法、试验验证等方面进行研究分析,以期为飞机结构件的设计开发、寿命预测提供一定参考。The structure of the aircraft structural connector is complex.In the corrosion environment,the structural connector will be preferentially corroded as a weak link,which seriously affects the life and normal use of the whole aircraft.At present,the aircraft has reached a mature level in terms of overall materials,structural design,test methods and so on.However,due to the particularity of structural connections,there are still some deficiencies in the natural environment test methods and their evaluation.This paper conducts the research and analysis from the characteristics of structural connection parts,natural environment test methods,test and verification,in order to provide some suggestions for the design and development and life prediction of aircraft structural parts.
