摘 要:目前的船舰机械可靠性评估模型的评估准确率低、评估速度慢,为解决该问题,研究提出利用反向传播算法对思维进化算法进行改进,并基于改进算法构建评估模型。先对改进算法进行实验,结果显示,该算法准确率为97.8%角度低误差值平均为1.1。再对基于该算法的评估模型进行实验,结果显示,模型的评估准确率为96.8%,评估耗时为1.2s。由上述实验结果可得,研究提出的基于改进后的思维进化算法构建的评估模型不仅能够提高评估准确率还可以降低船舰机械的维修成本。此次研究不仅提高了船舰机械的可靠性,还为制造业的可靠性检测提供了理论基础。The current ship machinery reliability assessment model has low assessment accuracy and slow assessment speed,in order to solve the problem,the study proposes to use the back propagation algorithm to improve the evolution of thinking algorithm and construct the assessment model based on the improved algorithm.The results show that the accuracy of the improved algorithm is 97.8% and the average low error value is 1.1,and then the evaluation model based on the algorithm is experimented,and the results show that the accuracy of the model is 96.8% and the evaluation time is 1.2 s.From the above experimental results,we can see that the evaluation model constructed based on the improved thought evolution algorithm can not only increase the accuracy but also reduce the speed of the evaluation of ship machinery.The proposed evaluation model based on the improved evolutionary thinking algorithm can not only improve the evaluation accuracy,but also reduce the maintenance cost of the ship's machinery.This research not only improves the reliability of ship machinery,but also provides a theoretical basis for the reliability testing of manufacturing industry.
