摘 要:在广州白云国际机场扩建工程T3航站楼项目中,为解决项目复杂和异形部位或结构的现场施工问题,达到各专业协同设计、设计指导施工的目标,该文通过BIM技术对航站楼进行全专业深化设计,包含现浇混凝土结构、钢结构、张拉膜雨棚工程、基础及砌体结构的深化设计及净高控制,并进行模型构件编码和施工图深化设计出图。通过BIM技术进行大型机场航站楼全专业深化设计,有效地对原二维图纸进行设计上的查漏补缺,解决净高有限、变更频率高、周期长等问题,使得深化设计图纸可以有效地指导施工,提升建造效率,减少工期。In the T3 Terminal Project of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Expansion Project,in order to solve the on-site construction problems of complex and special-shaped parts or structures of the project,and achieve the goal of collaborative design and design guidance for construction among various disciplines,the terminal was comprehensively studied through BIM technology.Deep design,including in-depth design and clear height control of cast-in-place concrete structures,steel structures,tension membrane canopy works,foundation and masonry structures,as well as model component coding and in-depth design drawing of construction drawings.Through BIM technology,the full-professional in-depth design of large airport terminals has effectively checked and filled in the design of the original two-dimensional drawings,solved problems such as limited net height,high change frequency,and long cycle,making the in-depth design drawings effective guide construction,improve construction efficiency,and reduce construction periods.
