“农文旅”产业耦合协调测度及发展策略研究——以甘肃省兰州市为例

摘　　要：“农文旅”融合既是顺应产业融合发展的必然趋势,也是推进乡村振兴战略的创新实践。该文通过梳理兰州市“农文旅”融合发展的现状,选取兰州市2011—2020年时间序列数据,构建“农文旅”产业融合发展的评价指标体系,运用耦合协调模型分析三产业耦合协调发展水平及演进趋势,并从完善协调机制、打造特色亮点、突出创新驱动和壮大人才队伍等方面提出相应的对策建议。The integration of"agriculture,culture and tourism"is not only an inevitable trend in line with the integrated development of industries,but also an innovative practice to promote the Rural Revitalization Strategy.This paper sorts out the current situation of the integrated development of"agriculture,culture and tourism"in Lanzhou City,selects the time series data of Lanzhou City from 2011 to 2020,builds an evaluation index system for the integrated development of"agriculture,culture and tourism"industries,uses the coupling coordination model to analyze the coupled and coordinated development level and evolution trend of the three industries,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from aspects such as improving the coordination mechanism,creating characteristic highlights,highlighting innovation drives,and strengthening the talent team.
