摘　　要：该文旨在探讨加强农村经济管理助推农村和谐发展存在的问题,并提出加强农村经济管理的策略。研究发现,加强农村经济管理可以健全社会服务组织体系、保证农村资金运作安全、推动农村产业经营发展、实现农村和谐发展。然而,当前农村经济管理存在人才队伍建设不足、难以满足现阶段发展需求、专业水平不一,难以适应现代农业和管理需求、政策支持不到位和农村经管队伍发展制约明显等现象,究其原因是农经管理人才较匮乏、经营管理队伍不稳定、培训开展较为困难、政策不够“接地气”地方落实存在困难。基于此,该文提出加强农村经济管理的策略,以期促进农村和谐发展,为农民和农村地区带来更好的经济发展和生活条件。This paper aims to explore the problems existing in strengthening rural economic management to promote harmonious development in rural areas,and propose strategies to strengthen rural economic management.Research found that strengthening rural economic management can improve the social service organization system,ensure the safety of rural capital operations,promote the development of rural industrial operations,and achieve harmonious development in rural areas.However,the current rural economic management has problems such as insufficient talent team construction,difficulty in meeting the development needs of the current stage,varying professional levels,difficulty in adapting to the needs of modern agriculture and management,insufficient policy support,and obvious constraints on the development of rural economic management teams.The reasons are the lack of agricultural economic management talents,unstable operation and management teams,difficulty in training,and insufficient policies and difficulties in local implementation.Based on this,this article proposes strategies to strengthen rural economic management in order to promote harmonious development in rural areas and bring better economic development and living conditions to farmers and rural areas.
