推拿联合自制中药穴贴治疗小儿功能性便秘的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究推拿联合自制中药穴贴治疗小儿功能性便秘的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月就诊于北京市平谷区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心门诊的功能性便秘患儿100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予推拿联合自制中药穴贴治疗。比较两组治疗干预效果。结果:治疗后,两组排便间隔、排便困难、大便干结程度评分及总分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排便间隔时间、排便费力消失时间、肛裂出血消失时间短于对照组,不规则腹痛次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率及复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、总蛋白水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿联合自制中药穴贴可有效缓解功能性便秘患儿的临床症状,降低不良反应及复发率,改善患儿营养状态。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of massage combined with self-made Chinese acupoint patch on children with functional constipation.Methods:A total of one hundred children with functional constipation who were admitted to the outpatient department of Beijing Pinggu District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with massage combined with self-made Chinese acupoint patch.The effect of treatment intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the score of defecation interval,defecation difficulty,dry stool degree and total score of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the duration of defecation interval,defecation effort disappearance time and anal fissure hemorrhage disappearance time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the frequency of irregular abdominal pain was less than that in control group(P<0.05);the incidence and recurrence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,serum albumin,prealbumin and total protein in two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with self-made Chinese medicine acupoint patch can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with functional constipation,reduce adverse reactions and recurrence rate,and improve the nutritional status of children.
