中医穴位按摩对分娩产妇负性情绪、第一产程分娩镇痛评分及分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医穴位按摩对分娩产妇负性情绪、第一产程分娩镇痛评分及分娩结局的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月于贵港市中西医结合骨科医院进行分娩的产妇70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组给予常规分娩护理,研究组在对照组的基础上增加中医穴位按摩。比较两组负性情绪、第一产程分娩镇痛评分、阴道分娩率、不良分娩结局发生率。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛评估法、视觉模拟评分法评分低于护理前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异统计学意义(P=0.046);研究组不良分娩结局发生率低于对照组,差异统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论:中医穴位按摩可以减轻产妇第一产程疼痛程度,改善分娩结局,减轻负性情绪。Objective:To investigate the effects of acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine on the negative emotions of la-boring mothers,labor analgesia scores in the first stage of labor,and labor outcomes.Methods:Seventy cases of laboring mothers who underwent delivery in Guigang Orthopedics Hospital of Integrated Traditional and West Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,each with thirty-five cases.The control group was given routine labor care,and the study group added Chinese medicine acupoint massage on the basis of the con-trol group.The two groups were compared in terms of negative emotions,labor analgesia score in the first stage of labor,vaginal deliv-ery rate,and incidence of adverse birth outcomes.Results:After care,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depres-sion Scale of the two groups were lower than those before care,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after care,the scores of Wong-Baker Facial Expression Pain Assessment Method and Visual Simulation Scoring Method of the two groups were lower than those before care,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the vaginal delivery rate of the study group was higher than that of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046);the incidence of adverse birth outcomes of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).Conclusion:Chinese acupoint massage can reduce the degree of pain in the first stage of labor,improve labor outcomes and reduce negative emotions.
