摘　　要：目的:探讨针对性护理联合有氧运动在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1—12月西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的NHL患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(给予常规护理)和观察组(在对照组基础上开展针对性护理联合有氧运动),各41例。比较两组焦虑心理评分、治疗依从性、生命质量、护理满意度。结果:干预2个月后,两组焦虑自评量表评分均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034);干预2个月后,两组健康调查简表评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:针对性护理联合有氧运动应用于NHL患者中,能改善其焦虑心理,提高治疗依从性与生命质量,且护理满意度较高。Objective:To explore the application value of targeted nursing care combined with aerobic exercise in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL).Methods:Eighty-two NHL patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January to December 2023 were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group(given routine nursing care)and the observation group(carrying out targeted nursing care combined with aerobic exercise on the basis of the control group),with forty-one cases in each group.Anxiety psychological scores,treatment adherence,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After two months of intervention,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034);after two months of intervention,the scores of the health survey short form of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);nursing care satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:Targeted nursing care combined with aerobic exercise application in NHL patients can improve their anxiety,treatment compliance and quality of life,and nursing satisfaction is higher.
