复合保温护理在腹腔镜全阑尾切除术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析复合保温护理在腹腔镜全阑尾切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月于武汉市第八医院行腹腔镜全阑尾切除术的89例阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,以随机抽样法分常规组(n=44,术中给予常规保温护理)和试验组(n=45,术中给予复合保温护理)。比较组间围术期体温情况、复苏指标、凝血功能、舒适度、低体温与寒战情况。结果:术中15、30、50min及术后即刻,试验组体温均高于常规组(P<0.001);试验组脑电双频指数恢复时间、完全清醒时间、拔管时间均短于常规组(P<0.001);术后,两组纤维蛋白原、凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间升高,试验组高于常规组(P<0.05);术后,两组生理舒适、环境舒适、心理舒适评分升高,试验组高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组低体温、寒战发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜全阑尾切除术中,复合保温护理有利于预防低体温与寒战发生,提高患者舒适度,改善凝血功能,促进患者更快复苏。Objective:To analyze the effect of combined insulation nursing in laparoscopic total appendectomy.Methods:A total of eighty-nine patients with appendicitis who underwent laparoscopic total appendectomy in Wuhan Eighth Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Random sampling method was used to divide the conventional group(n=44,intraoperative routine insulation nursing)and the experimental group(n=45,intraoperative combined insulation nursing).Perioperative body temperature,resuscitation index,coagulation function,comfort level,hypothermia and chills were compared between groups.Results:The body temperature of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group at 15,30,50 min and immediately after operation(P<0.001);bispect ral index recovery time,full wakefulness time and extubation time of experimental group were shorter than those of conventional group(P<0.001);after operation,fibrinogen,thrombin time and prothrombin time were increased in two groups,and those in experimental group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05);after operation,the scores of physiological comfort,environmental comfort and psychological comfort in two groups were increased,and those in experimental group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05);the incidence of hypothermia and chills in experimental group was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In laparoscopic total appendectomy,combined insulation nursing is beneficial to prevent hypothermia and chills,improve patient comfort,improve coagulation function,and promote faster recovery of patients.
