现代体检模式下信息调查管理平台在健康体检者高血压风险预警中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析现代体检模式下信息调查管理平台在健康体检者高血压风险预警中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月于南方医科大学第三附属医院行健康体检,经信息调查管理平台(康软体检管理信息系统)筛选出的84例高血压中度患病风险者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为现代组(应用现代体检模式管理)及传统组(应用传统体检模式管理),各42例。记录两组管理6个月后高血压高风险发生率,并比较管理前后不良生活方式及体格检查、实验室检查数据。结果:两组管理6个月后高血压高风险发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,现代组吸烟率、饮酒率、体力活动不足率、饮食习惯不良率均低于管理前,且低于传统组(P<0.05);两组管理前后各项体格检查、实验室检查数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:现代体检模式下信息调查管理平台可预警健康体检者高血压风险,为体检者提供个性化的健康指导,纠正不良生活方式。Objective:To analyze the effect of the application of information survey management platform in the early warning of hypertension risk in health check-up patients under modern check-up mode.Methods:Eighty-four cases of people with moderate risk of hypertension who underwent health check-up at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 and were screened by the information survey management platform(Kangruan Physical Examination Management Information System)were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into modern group(managed by application of modern medical check-up mode)and traditional group(managed by application of traditional medical checkup mode)by using randomized numerical table method,each with forty-two cases.The incidence of high risk of hypertension in the two groups after 6 months of management was recorded,and the data of poor lifestyle,physical examination and laboratory examination before and after management were compared.Results:Comparing the incidence rate of high risk of hypertension after 6 months of management between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after management,the rate of smoking,alcohol consumption,insufficient physical activity,and poor dietary habits in the modern group was lower than that before management,and lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05);and comparing the data of various physical examinations and laboratory tests before and after management between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The information survey management platform under the modern check-up mode can warn the risk of hypertension in health check-up patients,provide personalized health guidance for check-up patients,and correct the bad life style.
