门诊药房应用事前审方系统联合人工审核在处方点评中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析门诊药房应用事前审方系统联合人工审核在处方点评中的作用。方法:随机选取新疆医科大学第五附属医院药学部2023年2—6月的1000张门诊处方及患者作为传统组,应用传统人工审核模式,随机选取2023年7—11月的1000张门诊处方及患者作为研究组,应用事前审方系统联合人工审核。观察两组处方点评不合格率、门诊药房工作情况及患者满意度。结果:研究组处方点评不合格率低于传统组(P<0.001)。研究组调剂处方差错率低于传统组(P<0.05);两组药房审核处方时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者满意度高于传统组(P<0.001)。结论:门诊药房应用事前审方系统联合人工审核进行干预,能够降低处方点评不合格率和调剂处方差错率,提高患者满意度。Objective:To analyze the role of outpatient pharmacy application of prior prescription review system combined with manual review in prescription review.Methods:One thousand outpatient prescriptions and patients of the pharmacy department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from February to June 2023 were randomly selected as the tradi-tional group,and the traditional manual review mode was applied.One thousand outpatient prescriptions and patients from July-November 2023 were randomly selected as the study group,and the application of prior prescription review system combined with manual review was applied.Observe the failure rate of prescription review,the work of outpatient pharmacy and patient satisfac-tion in the two groups.Results:The failure rate of prescription review in the study group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.001).The error rate of prescription transfer in the study group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05);the difference in the time of pharmacy review of prescriptions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The degree of patient satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The ap-plication of prior prescription review system combined with manual review for intervention in outpatient pharmacy can reduce the failure rate of prescription review and the error rate of transferring prescriptions,and improve patient satisfaction.
