摘 要:本文针对我国智慧工地建设需求,基于BIM技术设计了一套功能完善、高效便捷的智慧工地管理平台。为实现平台的高效运作,文章从BIM技术在施工过程、工程造价及运维阶段的融入与优化,以及大数据、物联网、人工智能等技术在智慧工地管理中的协同应用进行深入研究与设计。实验结果表明,本智慧工地管理平台在施工进度监控、质量安全管理、资源调度与成本控制等方面表现出色,具有较高的实用价值,有望推动我国建筑行业的数字化转型和可持续发展。This article addresses the demand for smart construction sites in China and designs a comprehensive,efficient,and convenient smart construction site management platform based on BiM technology.To achieve efficient operation of the platform,this article conducts in-depth research and design on the integration and optimization of BIM technology in the construction process,engineering cost,and operation and maintenance stages,as well as the collaborative application of technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence in smart construction site management.The experimental results show that this smart construction site management platform performs well in construction progress monitoring,quality and safety management,resource scheduling,and cost control,and has high practical value.It is expected to promote the digital transformation and sustainable development of China's construction industry.
