摘 要:目前,城市道路仍采用的是传统的现场浇筑式施工工艺,存在施工效率、环保、交通压力等诸多问题。为此,文章以成都市三环路非机动车道改造工程为例,研究装配式道路工业化生产建造。通过采用工厂自动化流水生产线、智能恒温养护系统,确保了装配式道板的成型质量;通过大数据云平台将生产、运输及现场安装统筹规划,现场构件机械化施工,确保了道板安装精度,进一步提高了工效。成都市三环路非机动车道改造工程的成功经验,为今后类似工程提供了参考与借鉴。At present,Municipal roads still use traditional on-site pouring construction techniques,which have many problems such as construction efficiency,environmental protection,and traffic pressure.Therefore,the article takes the Chengdu Third Ring Road non motorized lane renovation project as an example to study the industrial production and construction of prefabricated roads.By adopting an automated factory production line and an intelligent constant temperature maintenance system,the forming quality of the prefabricated track board is ensured;Through the big data cloud platform,production.transportation,and on-site installation are comprehensively planned,and on-site component mechanization construction is carried out to ensure the accuracy of track board installation and further improve work efficiency.The successful experience of the Chengdu Third Ring Road non motorized lane renovation project provides reference and reference for similar projects in the future.
