摘 要:在当今建筑行业的快速发展中,数字化技术的应用已经成为推动建设工程管理变革的关键因素。其中BIM技术作为一种集成的、协同的设计和管理方法,逐渐成为建筑行业中的核心工具,其独特的信息建模和可视化模拟特点为建设项目的规划、设计、施工和运营提供了全新的视角。本文旨在深入探讨BIM技术在建设工程管理中的应用,特别关注BIM技术的特点、建模过程以及常用的建模软件,通过对BIM在不同阶段的实践应用进行详细分析,将突显其在项目规划、设计协同、施工协调等方面的重要作用。In the rapid development of the construction industry today,the application of digital technology has become a key factor driving the transformation of construction project management.BIM technology,as an integrated and collaborative design and management method,has gradually become a core tool in the construction industry.Its unique information modeling and visualization simulation characteristics provide a new perspective for the planning,design,construction,and operation of construction projects.This article aims to explore in depth the application of BIM technology in construction project management,with a particular focus on the characteristics,modeling process,and commonly used modeling software of BIM technology.Through a detailed analysis of the practical application of BIM in different stages,its important role in project planning,design collaboration,construction coordination,and other aspects will be highlighted.
