摘  要:为探索高效传热的脉动热管工质,实验研究了R32脉动热管在充液率30%~70%,操作角度90°、45°、0°,加热功率10 W~250 W,管径为1 mm、2 mm时的传热性能。结果表明,低充液率下脉动热的热阻最小;操作角度在90°~45°范围内时,操作角度对传热性能影响较小,操作角度为0°时无法启动和运行;随着加热功率的增加,充液率低于50%时脉动热管的热阻先减小后增大,充液率高于50%时热阻先减小后稳定不变;管径为2 mm的脉动热管的传热性能最好,热阻最小为0.12℃·W^(-1)。To investigate the working fluid of the oscillating heat pipe with high heat transfer efficiency,an experimental investigation was conducted to study the heat transfer performance of R32 oscillating heat pipe with filling ratios of 30%to 70%,operating angles of 90°,45°,and 0°,heating powers ranging from 10 W to 250 W,and diameters of 1 mm and 2 mm.The results show that oscillating heat pipe exhibits minimal thermal resistance at low filling rates.Within the range of operating angles from 90°to 45°,the heat transfer performance is insignificantly influenced by the operating angle.When the operating angle is 0°,oscillating heat pipe cannot start.With the increase of heating power,the thermal resistance of the oscillating heat pipe initially decreases and then increases when the filling ratio is below 50%,when the filling ratio is greater than 50%,the thermal resistance decreases initially and then stabilizes.The oscillating heat pipe with a diameter of 2 mm has the best heat transfer performance,with a minimum thermal resistance of 0.12°C·W^(−1).
