摘 要:目的了解南昌地区HIV/AIDS患者合并毕氏肠微孢子虫感染现状及其基因型,为HIV/AIDS患者治疗提供依据。方法采集南昌市辖区内的3个江西省艾滋病定点治疗医院的HIV/AIDS患者粪便样本,采用巢式PCR扩增毕氏肠微孢子虫的核糖体RNA内转录间隔区序列基因,可疑产物进行双向基因测序和比对,应用Mega 11.0软件基于邻接法绘制系统进化树,根据分析结果鉴定毕氏肠微孢子虫基因型,应用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计学分析。结果共调查382例HIV/AIDS患者,检出毕氏肠微孢子虫阳性6例,感染率为1.6%(6/382),6例阳性患者均为男性,不同性别、年龄、职业、文化程度、饮食及卫生习惯人群感染率差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);6个毕氏肠微孢子虫阳性样本经基因测序构建系统发育进化树,通过种群发育分析显示,所有基因型均属于组1。结论南昌地区HIV/AIDS患者检出的毕氏肠微孢子虫基因型均属于组1,应加强对南昌地区HIV/AIDS患者毕氏肠微孢子虫感染的监测力度。Objective This study aimed to investigate the current status and genotypes of Enterocytozoon bieneusi infections to provide evidence for treating patients with HIV/AIDS.Methods Fecal samples were collected from patients with HIV/AIDS at three designated hospitals for AIDS in Nanchang.Nested polymerase chain reaction was used to amplify the ribosomal RNA internal transcribed spacer gene of Enterocytozoon bieneusi,and the suspected products were subjected to bidirectional sequencing and alignment.The evolutionary tree was constructed using MEGA 11.0 software based on the neighbor-joining method.The genotypes of Enterocytozoon bieneusi were identified,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0.Results A total of 382 patients with HIV/AIDS were surveyed,and six tested positive for Enterocytozoon bieneusi,resulting in an infection rate of 1.6%(6/382).All six patients were men.No significant differences were observed in the infection rates according to sex,age,occupation,educational level,dietary habits,and hygiene practices(P>0.05).The phylogenetic tree based on the genetic sequences of the six Enterocytozoon bieneusi positive samples revealed that all the genotypes belonged to Group 1,indicating a strong potential for co-infection.Conclusions Enterocytozoon bieneusi of Group 1 is detected among HIV/AIDS in Nanchang and surveillance should be strengthened.
