摘　　要：MSM是中国HIV感染的重要高危人群。因此,有效控制这一人群的艾滋病疫情是中国整体艾滋病防控工作的关键。包括社会网络和分子网络在内的复杂网络分析在阐明MSM的HIV传播模式、评估相关风险、识别高危人群以采取有针对性的干预策略方面具有巨大的潜力。本文旨在对当前有关应用社会网络、HIV分子网络以及社会-分子网络整合来了解MSM群体中HIV的流行病学和传播动态的研究进行综述。Men who have sex with men(MSM)represent a significant high-risk group for HIV infection in China,and therefore,effectively managing the HIV epidemic within this population holds the key to overall HIV control and prevention efforts in China.Complex network analyses,encompassing both social and molecular networks,possess tremendous potential in elucidating the transmission patterns of HIV among the MSM community,assessing the associated risks,and identifying high-risk individuals for targeted interventional strategies.This article aims to provide a comprehensive and critical review of current research pertaining to the application of social networks,HIV molecular networks,and the integration of social-molecular networks in understanding the epidemiology and transmission dynamics ofHIV among MSM populations.
