摘　　要：临床预测模型因其对疾病诊断和预后具有预测作用而被广泛应用于医疗决策、医疗质量管理及医疗资源的配置。中医整体观念和预后思想对预测模型研究具有很好的实践指导价值。文章挖掘中医思维对预测模型构建的意义,并从研究设计类型、预测因素筛选、数据偏倚以及建模方法等角度,探讨限制中医预测能力发挥的因素。高质量的中医学预测模型研究,应从中医思维出发,完善研究设计,严格筛选预测因素,将整体、动态、个性的特点融入预测模型研究。Clinical prediction model is widely used in medical decision-making,medical quality management and medical resource allocation because of its predictive effect on disease diagnosis and prognosis.The overall concept and prognosis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)have a good practical guiding value for the study of prediction model.This paper excavates the significance of TCM thinking to the construction of prediction model,and discusses the factors that limit the prediction ability of TCM from the point of view of research design type,prediction factor screening,data bias and modeling methods.The study of high-quality prediction model of TCM should proceed from TCM thinking,improve the research design,strictly screen the prediction factors,and integrate the characteristics of integrity,dynamics and personality into the prediction model research.
