摘　　要：甘肃郑氏针法享誉海内外,是我国近现代著名的针灸流派之一。流派奠基者郑毓琳先生创立针刺“热补”“凉泻”法和“郑氏家传八法”等独特针灸术;其子郑魁山先生继承家学,传承创新,总结提出汗、吐、下、和、温、清、消、补“针刺治病八法”,创新发明“温通针法”“过眼热”“透胛热”等特色针法,疗效卓著,善治疑难杂症,构成了流派的针法核心和精髓,在国内外颇有盛誉。文章梳理总结了郑氏针法流派的起源和奠基、形成和创立、传承和发展历程以及流派的主要针法特色,以期为推动甘肃郑氏针法流派的传承、弘扬做出贡献。ZHENGs' acupuncture in Gansu, one of the famous school of acupuncture and moxibustion in China,was well-known at home and abroad. Dr. ZHENG Yulin, the founder of the school, created the needling methods of 'warm reinforcing technique' and 'cold reducing technique'. ZHENG Kuishan, son of Dr. ZHENG Yulin, inherited and innovated ZHENGs' acupuncture, summarized and put forward the 'eight methods of acupuncture for diseases treatment': diaphoresis,emesis, purgation, mediation, warming, clearing, tonification and resolution, and created the needling method of 'eye-transmitting heat' and 'scapula-penetrating heat', which belonged to the representative needling techniques of 'warming-dredging needling technique', had remarkable therapeutic effects and were good at treating difficult and miscellaneous diseases. This needling method constituted the core and essence of ZHENGs' acupuncture and had a very high reputation both domestically and internationally. This paper summarized the origin and foundation of ZHENGs' acupuncture, its formation and creation, the inheritance and development history, as well as its main characteristics, thus contributing to the promotion of the inheritance and development of ZHENGs' acupuncture in Gansu.
