冉氏内科流派传承及学术思想内核分析

摘　　要：冉氏内科流派是中医传承历史中独特的一支,它传承历史悠久,传承脉络清晰,传承背景正统,融合宫廷御医体系及四川中医药流派特色,流派代表性人物冉雪峰先生、冉先德教授在中医学界享有盛名。文章梳理冉氏内科流派衍化内容,从家学传承、川派背景两个方面介绍冉氏内科流派传承特性。工作室通过研究冉氏内科流派学术思想,成功提炼“精方”学术理论,并从精修典籍、精辨医理、精准医疗、精粹方药4点进行剖析介绍。RANs'internal traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)school is a unique branch in TCM history.The inheritance of RANs'internal TCM school has a long history,a clear context,and an orthodox background.It combines the characteristics of the imperial physician knowledge with the characteristics of TCM in Sichuan.Mr RAN Xuefeng and professor RAN Xiande,the representatives of the school,enjoy a high reputation in the field of TCM.This paper sorts out the evolution of RANs'internal TCM school,and introduces the inheritance characteristics of RANs'internal TCM school from the aspects of family learning inheritance and Sichuan TCM school background.Research on the academic thought of RANs'internal TCM school has been leaded by RANs'internal TCM school studio,and the refinement of the school academic theory which is called'refinement of formula'is the big achievement of the studio.The theory details are as following:refinement of TCM classics,refinement of TCM theory,precision medicine,and refinement of TCM formula and medicine.
