基于“视网膜-脑轴”探讨帕金森病视网膜病变的中医病机及治疗策略

摘　　要：视觉功能障碍是帕金森病(PD)常见的临床前驱症状,与病情发生发展密切相关。随着近年来各医家对神经退行性疾病眼部改变研究的逐步深入,表明其结构变化在神经退行性疾病中具有重要诊断和研究价值,但关于其中医病机鲜有论及。笔者分析肾虚血瘀可能是PD视网膜病变的根本病因病机,并据此提出运用补肾活血法治疗PD视网膜病变的治疗思路。文章论述PD视网膜病变的中医病机及补肾活血法作用于“视网膜-脑轴”的中医理论基础,同时也为中医药治疗PD新靶点提供参考。Visual dysfunction is a common clinical precursor of Parkinson's disease(PD),which is closely related to the occurrence and development of the disease.As the gradual deepening of the research on the eye changes of neurodegenerative diseases in recent years,it shows that its structural changes have important diagnostic and research value in neurodegenerative diseases,but there is little discussion on its pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The author analyzes that kidney deficiency and blood stasis may be the fundamental cause and pathogenesis of PD retinopathy,and accordingly puts forward the treatment idea of tonifying kidney and activating blood.This paper discusses the pathogenesis of PD retinopathy in TCM and the theoretical basis of tonifying kidney and activating blood on'retina-brain axis'in TCM,and also provides reference for treating newtargets of PDin TCM.
