日本汉方医学的传入及其对中国近代伤寒论学研究的影响

摘　　要：杨守敬首次带回汉方医学著作后,拉开了日本汉方医学传入中国的序幕。《皇汉医学》的翻译受到国内伤寒界的推崇,掀起了汉方医学传入的热潮。除汉方著作在国内出版外,汉方医学在报刊中的传播,日本汉方学者来华考察、组织编译社、举办汉方医学展览,以及中日之间的往来人员等因素共同促进了汉方医学的传入。汉方医学古方派反对玄理,追求实证,否定《伤寒论》与《黄帝内经》的继承关系,以表里证候论“六病”,这些学术思想促进了国内伤寒学界对传统《伤寒论》治学方法的批判与扬弃。汉方医学的传入也推动了国内《伤寒论》版本的研究。《皇汉医学》引入西医学知识阐释《伤寒论》,这种中西汇通的学术创新为国内伤寒学术的变革提供了新的研究思路与论理方法,极大地促进了中国近代《伤寒论》学术转型。After YANG Shoujing brought back Chinese medicine in Japan writings for the first time,he kicked off the introduction of Japanese Chinese medicine into China.The translation of Imperial Chinese Medicine was highly respected by Chinese Shanghan Lun academics and set off a boom in the introduction of Chinese medicine in Japan.The ancient school of Chinese medicine in Japan opposed the theory of metaphysical theory,pursued actual evidence,denied the inheritance relationship between the Shanghan Lun and Huangdi Neijing,and discussed the'six diseases'with the external and internal syndroms.These academic thoughts promoted the criticism and surenunciation of the traditional research methods of Shanghan Lun in the academia of Shanghan Lun in China.The introduction of Chinese medicine in Japan also promoted the study of the Chinese version of Shanghan Lun.Imperial Chinese Medicine introduced Western medicine knowledge to explain Shanghan Lun.This academic innovation combining Chinese and Western medicine provided new research ideas and theoretical methods for the academic reform of Shanghan Lun in China,and greatly promoted the academic transformation of Shanghan Lun in modern China.
