摘　　要：近年来诸如慢性鼻炎、慢性咽炎、湿疹、哮喘、抑郁症以及癌肿等疾病的发病率逐年上升,严重影响人们的生活质量,而临床诊疗中发现,这些疾病不少由表证失治、误治造成的。究其原因是医者对表证认识不够清晰,在外邪初犯人体或表邪未解时,未能及时驱邪外出,导致疾病反复发作、迁延不愈。文章从“失表”原因、表证概念、“把住表证关”的历史源流和临床意义,并结合1例哮喘医案,系统阐述“把住表证关”在内科杂病治疗的重要意义,以期为治疗“失表”的内科杂病提供有益借鉴。In recent years,the incidence of diseases such as chronic rhinitis,chronic pharyngitis,eczema,asthma,depression and cancer has increased year by year,seriously affecting people's quality of life,and in clinical diagnosis and treatment,many of these diseases are found to be caused by the mistreatment of‘exterior syndrome'.The reason is that the doctors do not have a clear understanding of the exterior syndrome,and fail to expel the evil in time when the external evil strikes the human body for the first time or the superficial evil is not solved,resulting in repeated attacks of the disease.In this paper,we systematically expound the significance of‘make sure the threshold of the exterior syndrome'in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases in internal medicine from the reasons for‘mistreatment of exterior syndrome',the concept of the‘exterior syndrome',the historical origin and clinical significance of‘make sure the threshold of the exterior syndrome',and combined with an asthma medical case,in order to provide useful reference for the treatment of‘mistreatment of exterior syndrome'in internal medicine.
