摘　　要：文章主要围绕王氏在经典文献基础上进行探索及临床实践,形成王氏尺肤诊断特色。介绍了尺肤诊断法5种基本诊疗法与“位”“象”结合,以及诊疗的相关具体操作及临床运用。尺肤诊断学是以脏腑经络学说为基础,运用“诊局部知整体”的全息对比合参诊断法,将尺肤、掌指、经络、爪甲与诊寸口脉搏有机融为一体的诊疗方法,以尺肤分配脏腑形身定病位,审尺肤、掌指、经脉、爪甲色泽形态变化配合诊寸口脉动定病性,“位”“象”结合,色脉尺合参,多局部(尺肤、掌指、经脉、爪甲)多层次(骨、脉、筋、肉、皮)全方位地、最大限度地获取五脏六腑反映于外的生理病理信息,从而充分、辨证、合理地运用各种诊察过程中的生理病理信息,作出最佳治疗选择;使中医学达到“能合色脉,万举万全”的特有的、辨证的“神用无方”的学术境界;拓展了中医学的诊断范围,是中医诊断学的补充和完善,是中医临床诊疗的基础,具有一定的学术理论及临床指导价值,值得广泛推广应用。This article mainly focuses on the exploration and clinical practice of WANGs' ulnar skin on the basis of the classic literature, forming the diagnostic characteristics of WANGs' ulnar skin. This paper introduces five basic methods of ulnar skin diagnosis combined with ‘position' and ‘image', as well as the related operation and clinical application. The diagnosis of ulnar skin is based on the theory of zang-fu meridians, which uses the holographic contrast method of ‘diagnosing the local knowledge of the whole', the method of diagnosis and treatment, which organically integrates ulnar skin, metacarpophalangeal,meridians and claws with the pulse of diagnosis and Cunkou, allocates the disease location by ulnar skin to the body of zang-fu organs, examining the changes of color and lustre of ulnar skin, metacarpophalangeal, meridians, claws and nails, combining with diagnosis of the pulse of Cunkou, combining ‘position' and ‘image', combining the color, pulse and ulnar ginseng, multi-local(ulnar, metacarpophalangeal, meridian, claw nail) multi-level(bone, pulse, tendon, flesh, skin) to obtain all-round and maximum pathological information of raw rice reflected on the outside of the Zang-fu, therefore, we can make full, dialectical and reasonable use of the physiological and pathological information in the course of diagnosis and inspection to make the best treatment choice Chinese medicine to achieve the ‘color pulse, all-round' unique, dialectical ‘God with no way' academic realm;It expands the diagnostic range of TCM, is the complement and perfection of TCM Diagnostics, is the basis of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment, has certain academic theory or clinical guidance value, and is worthy of extensive application.
