郭维琴运用益气化痰、疏肝活血法辨治“血浊”经验

摘　　要：郭维琴教授对血脂异常、脂肪肝等代谢相关疾病的治疗有独特的认识和丰富的临床经验,虽然西医诊断有所不同,但从中医角度上看,均可从“血浊”立论进行治疗。“血浊”既是代谢相关疾病中有害产物蓄积的重要病理产物,也是引起一系列与血液运化和运行异常相关的重要致病因素,贯穿于疾病的始终。郭维琴教授传承发展燕京名医郭士魁教授的医学思想,承古创今,认为“血浊”的病机特点与气、血、痰、瘀密切相关,可以总结为“根于气、行于血、伴于痰、终于瘀”。治疗应以益气化痰、疏肝活血法为总纲,还需注意日常防护,临床效果显著,值得推广。文章附郭维琴教授运用益气化痰、疏肝活血法治疗“血浊”验案一则。Professor GUO Weiqin has a unique understanding and rich clinical experience in the treatment of metabolic diseases such as dyslipidemia and fatty liver. Although the diagnosis of western medicine is different, from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the treatment can be based on the theory of ‘blood turbid'. ‘Blood turbid' is not only an important pathological product of the accumulation of harmful products in metabolism-related diseases, but also an important pathogenic factor that causes a series of abnormal blood transport and operation, which runs through the whole process of the disease. Professor GUO Weiqin inherits and develops the medical thought of professor GUO Shikui, a Yanjing famous doctor. She inherits the past and creates the present, believes that the pathogenesis of ‘blood turbid' is closely related to qi, blood, phlegm and blood stasis, which can be summarized as ‘rooted in qi, flowed in blood, accompanied by phlegm, and finally become blood stasis'.The treatment should be based on the general principle of invigorating qi and dissolving phlegm, dispersing liver and promoting blood. It is also necessary to pay attention to daily protection. The clinical effect is significant and worthy of promotion. Attached is a case of professor GUO Weiqin's application of invigorating qi and dissolving phlegm, dispersing liver and promoting blood.
