《金匮要略》“胞阻”病名考辨

摘　　要：《金匮要略》记载了“胞阻”这一病名,历代医家多以“胞阻”之名解释“胞阻”之实,并以此阐释病机、指导治疗。然而,“胞阻”之名存在异文和争议。经考察,得出以下结论:(1)“胞阻”为“胞漏”之误名,以“胞阻”之名解释“胞阻”之实的论述不可信;(2)852—960年当为讹误发生的上下限,且很可能发生于《金匮玉函要略方》的成书年代,即932—960年;(3)该讹误对后世学术和临床影响颇深,在阅读后世医籍及交流临证体会时,应对讹误之记载和论述有所分辨。Synopsis of the Golden Chamber recorded the name of‘abdominal pain during pregnancy'for the first time,physicians of all ages explained the reality of‘abdominal pain during pregnancy'from its name,and explained the pathogenesis as well as guided the treatment.However,there are different versions and disputes about the name of abdominal pain during pregnancy'.After investigation,the following conclusions are drawn:first,abdominal pain during pregnancy'is the wrong name of"vaginal bleeding during pregnancy',and the explanation of‘abdominal pain during pregnancy'from its name is not credible.Secondly,the period from 852-960 AD is the upper and lower limit of the occurrence of errors,and it is likely to occur in the time of the completion of the Jingui Yuhan Yaolue Fang,that is,932-960 AD.Thirdly,this error has a profound impact on the academic and clinical research of later generations.When reading later medical books and exchanging clinical experience,we should distinguish the records and discussions of errors.
