摘　　要：中医时间医学是以中医理论为基础,结合五运六气、营卫气血运行等规律,探究人体生理病理与自然界时间节律之间关联性的学科,已经被广泛应用于疾病的预防、诊断、治疗及养生保健中。针刺疗法的作用与时间因素紧密关联,其时-效关系影响着针灸临床疗效,当前研究多集中于探究针刺疗效与时间因素之间的关联性,但仍存在参数设定不规范、样本量不足、缺乏机制研究等问题。文章基于中医时间医学,从针刺择时治疗、行针时间、留针时间、间隔时间、针刺疗程等方面归纳和总结当前中医时间医学在针刺研究中的应用,以期更全面地认识针刺疗法结合时间医学的重要性,拓宽针灸临床诊治思路,为针灸标准化发展提供借鉴。Time medicine in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a discipline based on the theory of Chinese medicine,combining the five movements,six qi,ying and wei qi and blood operation and other laws to explore the correlation between human physiology and pathology and the time rhythm of the natural world,and it has been widely used in the prevention,diagnosis,treatment of diseases and health care.The effect of acupuncture therapy is closely related to the time factor,and its time-efficacy relationship affects the clinical efficacy of acupuncture.Current research focuses on exploring the correlation between acupuncture efficacy and the time factor,but there are still problems such as irregular parameter setting,insufficient sample size,and a lack of mechanism research.This paper summarises the current application of TCM time medicine in acupuncture research,based on TCM time medicine,from the timing of acupuncture treatment,the time of needle execution and retention,the interval time,and the duration of acupuncture treatment,etc.It can help to understand more comprehensively the importance of combining acupuncture therapy with time medicine,and at the same time,it can broaden the ideas of acupuncture clinical diagnosis and treatment,and provide reference for the standardised development of acupuncture and moxibustion.
