杵针疗法联合膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤后膀胱过度活动症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察杵针疗法联合膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤后膀胱过度活动症的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例膀胱过度活动症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组单用膀胱功能训练治疗,治疗组在膀胱功能训练的基础上加杵针治疗,两组均连续治疗1个疗程(4周),疗程结束后比较两组3 d排尿情况、膀胱过度活动症症状评分。结果:治疗后,两组患者排尿情况、膀胱过度活动症评分均较治疗前显著好转(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);在疗效评价方面,疗程结束后,治疗组膀胱过度活动症严重程度显著轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤后膀胱过度活动症有效,在此基础上配合杵针治疗,则疗效更佳显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pestle needle therapy combined with bladder function training in the treatment of bladder overactivity after spinal cord injury.Methods:Sixty patients with overactive bladder who met the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group received treatment with a pestle needle on the basis of bladder function training,while the control group received only bladder function training.Both groups received continuous treatment for one course of treatment(4 weeks).After the end of the course,the 3-day urination status and symptoms of overactive bladder were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the urination status and symptoms of overactive bladder in both groups of patients were significantly improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group significantly better than the control group in terms of urination and symptoms of bladder overactivity(P<0.05).In terms of efficacy evaluation,after the course of treatment,the severity of bladder overactivity in the treatment group was significantly lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bladder function training is effective in treating bladder overactivity after spinal cord injury.On this basis,combined with pestle needle therapy,the therapeutic effect is more significant and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
