摘　　要：目的了解大学生乙型肝炎(乙肝)防治知识、态度和行为。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,在青岛市城阳区两所高校抽取大学生开展问卷调查,分析乙肝防治知识知晓、态度正向和行为正向的比例和得分(总分分别为9分、8分和2分)。结果在925例调查对象中,9项乙肝防治知识知晓、8项态度正向、2项行为正向的比例分别在49.62%-92.00%、20.22%-95.78%、24.76%-56.22%之间;中位数得分(四分位数间距)分别为6.00(5.00-8.00)分、2.00(2.00-5.00)分、1.00(0.00-1.00)分,知识得分与态度得分、行为得分均呈正相关(r=0.136,P<0.01;r=0.194,P<0.01)。结论调查地区大学生对乙肝防治知识知晓、正向态度和行为水平总体较低,知识知晓可促进正向态度或行为;建议加强大学生乙肝防治知识健康教育。Objective To explore knowledge,attitudes,and practices about hepatitis B prevention and control among undergraduates.Methods We used a cluster random sampling method to select undergraduates from two universities in Chengyang district of Qingdao city for a questionnaire-based survey.We analyzed scores of knowledge,positive attitudes,and positive practices about hepatitis B prevention and control;maximum questionnaire scores were 9,8,and 2 points,respectively.Results Among 925 subjects,rates of having knowledge,positive attitudes,and practices ranged from 49.62%to 92.00%,20.22%to 95.78%,and 24.76%to 56.22%,respectively,with median(interquartile)scores being 6.00(5.00-8.00),2.00(2.00-5.00),and 1.00(0.00-1.00).Scores for knowledge positively correlated with scores for positive attitudes and scores for positive practices(r=0.136,P<0.01;r=0.194,P<0.01).Conclusions The levels of awareness of knowledge,positive attitudes,and positive practices about hepatitis B prevention and control were generally low among undergraduates in the two surveyed universities.We suggest strengthening health education on hepatitis B prevention and control for undergraduates.
