摘  要:肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus type 71,EV71)传染性较强,可引起儿童手足口病(Hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)、疱疹性咽颊炎和中枢神经系统感染等。中国EV71感染所致HFMD的疾病负担和经济负担较重,接种EV71疫苗是预防EV71感染最经济有效的措施,2015年12月EV71灭活疫苗获批上市后中国HFMD发病呈下降趋势。本文综述了近年来EV71疫苗上市前和上市后研究结果、接种EV71疫苗对HFMD的影响和处于研发阶段的含EV71成分疫苗,为EV71疫苗应用和含EV71成分多价疫苗研发提供参考。Enterovirus type 71(EV71) is a highly contagious virus that can generally cause hand, foot, and mouth disease(HFMD), herpangina, and central nervous system infections. The disease and economic burden of HFMD related to EV71 infection are heavy in China. EV71 vaccination is one of the most economical and effective measures against EV71 infection. The incidence of HFMD in China has decreased since inactivated EV71 vaccines were licensed in December 2015. In this article, we describe pre-and post-marketing research result from EV71 vaccination, the impact of EV71 vaccination on HFMD, and other EV71-containing vaccines under development to provide reference for the use of EV71 vaccine and promote research and development of multivalent EV71-containing vaccines.
